Gesteinsk\u00f6rnungen m\u00fcssen, je nach den betontechnologischen Anforderungen des Endproduktes, gewisse Eigenschaften aufweisen, speziell in Hinsicht auf <strong>Kornrohdichte und Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung<\/strong>. F\u00fcr die Herstellung von Beton gelten mehrere technische Regelwerke:<br><br>\n<ul>\n \t<li>DIN EN 12620: Gesteinsk\u00f6rnungen f\u00fcr Beton<\/li>\n \t<li>DIN 1045: Tragwerke aus Beton, Stahlbeton und Spannbeton - Teil 2: Beton - Festlegung, Eigenschaften, Herstellung und Konformit\u00e4t<\/li>\n \t<li>DIN EN 206: Beton - Festlegung, Eigenschaften, Herstellung und Konformit\u00e4t<\/li>\n \t<li>F\u00fcr die Verwendung von Beton im Stra\u00dfenbau gelten die Anforderungen der TL Gestein-StB und die ZTV Beton-StB 07<\/li>\n<\/ul><br><br>\nDie Bestimmung der Kornzusammensetzung bzw. Einteilung in Kornguppen \/ Lieferk\u00f6rnungen erfolgt laut DIN 1045 \u00fcber eine konventionelle Siebanalyse, wobei sich der Instrumente und Methoden der DIN EN 933-1\/2 bedient wird, welche die Probenaufbereitung und die eigentliche Siebung beschreiben. Die verwendeten Siebreihen werden im Sprachgebrauch oft als <strong>Grund-Pr\u00fcfsiebsatz und Erg\u00e4nzungssiebs\u00e4tze<\/strong> bezeichnet: der Grund-Pr\u00fcfsiebsatz umfasst alle in der DIN EN 933-2:1996 enthaltenen Analysensiebe (ausgenommen 63 \u00b5m), die beiden Erg\u00e4nzungss\u00e4tze enthalten Siebe, die zwischen den Nennlochweiten des Grund-Pr\u00fcfsiebsatzes liegen um die Messaufl\u00f6sung zu erh\u00f6hen. In Deutschland werden Lieferk\u00f6rnungen im Normallfall mit den Sieben des Grundsiebsatzes und Erg\u00e4nzungssiebsatz 1 bestimmt; Erg\u00e4nzungssiebsatz 2 kommt zum Einsatz f\u00fcr eine detaillierte Einteilung in Kornklassen sowie die Bestimmung der Plattigkeitszahl.<br><br><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-982-0-0-1\" class=\"widget_text so-panel widget widget_custom_html\" data-index=\"1\" ><div class=\"textwidget custom-html-widget\"><a href=\"https:\/\/analysensiebe.de\/bml\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2020\/08\/IMG_1266.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-985 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/analysensiebe.de\/bml\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2020\/08\/IMG_1266-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"395\" height=\"auto\" \/><\/a>F\u00fcr die betontechnologische Einordnung der Kennwerte von Gesteinsk\u00f6rnungen werden nach der Siebanalyse mit den Sieben des Grund-Siebsatzes die entsprechenden <strong>K\u00f6rnungsziffern k und D-Summe<\/strong> (Summe der Durchg\u00e4nge in Vol.-%) errechnet und die Sieblinie erstellt. F\u00fcr eine gesicherte Feststellung der Kornzusammensetzung ist die Verwendung von Analysensieben mit Metalldrahtgewebe nach DIN ISO 3310-1 und Analysensieben mit Quadratlochung nach DIN ISO 3310-2 vorgeschrieben.\n<br><br>\nDie Einstufung in Kategorien bez\u00fcglich der <strong>H\u00f6chstwerte des Feinanteilgehaltes<\/strong> f\u00fcr Gesteinsk\u00f6rnungen zur Betonherstellung wird nach neueren Vorschriften ebenfalls als Pflichtangabe festgelegt. Hierbei wird der Siebdurchgang durch ein 63 \u00b5m Sieb (M.-%) nach DIN ISO 3310-1 f\u00fcr die Einteilung der F-Kategorien als ma\u00dfgebend erkl\u00e4rt.\n<br><br>\nF\u00fcr <strong>F\u00fcller<\/strong> (inaktive anorganische Zusatzstoffe) aus Quarzmehlen oder Kalksteinmehlen wird die Kornzusammensetzung nach DIN EN 933-10 bestimmt, wobei mit mindestens drei Analysensieben (2,0 mm, 125 \u00b5m, 63 \u00b5m) nach DIN ISO 3310-1 gearbeitet werden muss.\n<br><br>\nBlau-Metall Analysensiebe nach DIN ISO 3310-1\/2 werden den Anforderungen der EN 933-2 gerecht und eine l\u00fcckenlose optische Inspektion jedes Siebs<strong> garantiert eine hohe statistische Sicherheit<\/strong> Ihrer Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilungs-Analyse.<br><br><\/div><\/div><div
