Diese Norm verlangt nach einem Siebturm bestehend aus unmagnetischen, kalibrierten Drahtgewebesieben mit einem Durchmesser von 200 mm und einer Nennh\u00f6he von 25 bis 50 mm.\n<br><br>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/analysensiebe.de\/bml\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/Blau-Metall-MW-63\u00b5m.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-1056\" src=\"https:\/\/analysensiebe.de\/bml\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2022\/09\/Blau-Metall-MW-63\u00b5m-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"395\" height=\"auto\" \/><\/a>Die Maschenweiten sollen aus der R20\/3 Grundreihe nach ISO 565 gew\u00e4hlt werden, wobei diese Grundgr\u00f6\u00dfen teilweise oder ganz durch Siebe der R20 oder R40\/3 Serien ersetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, wenn dies zweckm\u00e4\u00dfiger ist. Die Maschenweiten m\u00fcssen so gew\u00e4hlt werden, dass die Korngr\u00f6\u00dfen-Verteilung der Probe angemessen bestimmt werden kann. Typischerweise werden die Siebanalysen mit sechs oder sieben Analysensieben in der Kolonne durchgef\u00fchrt.\n<br><br>\nBlau-Metall bietet Analysensiebe nach DIN ISO 3310-1 mit einer Vielzahl von Nennmaschenweiten, die der Pr\u00fcfnorm 4497 gerecht werden und eine hoch-aufgel\u00f6ste Analyse der Teilchengr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung zulassen. Durch l\u00fcckenlose optische Pr\u00fcfung mit einer Messwiederholgenauigkeit von \u00b10,5 \u00b5m erm\u00f6glichen Blau-Metall Siebe eine hohe statistische Sicherheit. Auf Kundenwunsch k\u00f6nnen Analysensiebe einer kalibrierenden Messung unterzogen und mit einem Abnahmepr\u00fcfzeugnis versehen werden.<br><br><\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-1054-0-0-1\"
